What is the program all about?
When we self-sabotage, we tell ourselves that we are not successful and worthy. Our thoughts may stem from childhood, conditioning or experiences we have had in work and life. In order to protect ourselves, we may develop unhealthy patterns which prevent us for being truly happy and successful.
What does the program cover?

Assess how these show up in your life and how they affect you and those around you
Use coaching, NLP, Narrative and Strengths-based coaching to help you identify daily habits to move beyond sabotage
Set goals for your future leadership success
How will the program work?
You will be sent a video to work through for each module.
For those that have elected to do so you will receive bespoke one to one coaching.
As an add-on bonus those that have elected to do so, you will receive an EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) tapping session to help alleviate stress and limiting beliefs.
How do I get the videos?
The videos will be housed on Crest’s Katra page. You will be sent a link every week in order to privately access the next video.
How will I be invited to the coaching sessions?
There are two coaching sessions (1x60 mins and 1x45 mins) included with your program. You will receive the zoom links to these in your welcome letter. Please store this, but if there are any issues contact info@crestcoachingandhr.com and we can send you the link.
What if I am not happy with the program?
In the rare event that you felt that the program had not helped you make changes in your life – and you can show us evidence of how you’ve tried to implement it - we are happy to provide you with a 50% refund of the original cost. We are very confident that you will love our program and we look forward to you telling us how life-changing it’s been for you.
